Ah... where to begin. lets start with the drive in. at first glance everthying looks good. then you are forced to drive straight over a curb! I guess there supposed be speed bumps however there about five inches high. Then comes the fun of finding an open space, plan on a long drive over many insanely oversized speed bumps while playing the little game of, "dodge the un-watched children that run from behind parked cars". I swear I saw a child in diapers run out into the road once! The office is open till 6 (which is typical) however I being one of those guys that works nine to five, find it very annoying to come home and find that they closed an hour early with no prior warning. If your going to post open and closing times i say you should abide by them. they also have a terrible time gettin that pool open on time. the maintenance staff here is terrible! always driving there carts through the grass tracking it up, not to mention a complete lack of regard for the fact that this is my home and i expect to be treated politly by ALL the staff here. All the wooden decks and walkways look nice but if yous sitting in your apartment the sound of feet banging on hard wood in a tunnel gets old fast. The pool is tiny and in the summer filled with cloudy green water and wall to wall children... again mostly unsupervised. But hey if you like:
loud kids, hitting your head on the roof of your car, random office and pool hours, searching for open spots, and overall disatisfaction then move on in! Before you decide ask yourself, "is cheap rent worth being treated last class'"

Sounds about right. Lived there just after they opened. There was even a police rade while I lived there. And they didn't even say anything about it afterword. They just ignored the problem and left it at that. They are nice Apt. but be careful what you get your self into.
