First things first. The office staff and the maintenance staff have been extremely courteous on a personal level.

Having said that, everything else is absolutely dodgy. No matter where we have to go, we will not be living here once our daughter is old enough to go outside. Any previous user comments about children (all ages) running amok and unsupervised is 100% accurate. As far as the police presence, that is a reality, too. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they get here fast when we call them... it's that we have to call them that is upsetting. Hard drugs (I've found countless bags of various narcotics on the ground), the constant mini-motorcycle blitz in the parking lot and on the lawn, fights... on and on. The facilities are often shut down for a period of time as an apparent disciplinary measure towards the "party/parties" who vandalize the weight room and lobby at night.

The worst part of all this is that the office staff, AS NICE AS THEY ARE, are completely ineffective when it comes to maintaining order around here.

Don't plan on trying to raise a child here amongst the Lord Of The Flies atmosphere. Sad... very sad.
