I have lived in this complex for an unfortunate three years. In that time this new apartment complex has turned into a little slice of hell. The future gangsters of america run around screaming and causing trouble all day long (when they're not in school), the noise alone in this place could drive any person to madness. The walls, ceilings, etc. are so thin you can hear virtually everything happening in all apartments you border. The dumpster sites should be declared bio-hazards because apparantly the people who live here are incapable of depositing trash in the dumpster instead of all over the ground. I have a neighbor who has been repeatedly warned about his friends vomiting outside his apartment and about the amount of noise coming from his place, yet he continues to live here, why' The standards here are so low that I'm sure you could be a violent felon and still get an apartment here. Obviously management is not what it should be or these things would not be so out of control. There is a continual police presence here which means crime is rampant. The people that say they have no problems living in this complex must never be home or they would certainly experience a fraction of the overwhelming crap that I do. This place has made me so paranoid about the state of other apartment complexes that I can't seem to find one that isn't anything like this one but as soon as I do, I'm so outta here!!

I should add that the comments about the staff are correct, they are nice and try to be helpful. However, when they don't enforce their own rules and regulations chaos ensues, as it has.

The comment about the gangsters, while sad, is absolutely true. More than a few times I've been threatened, albeit by children. Still...
