I've lived here for 3 months and have never had any problems with neighbors or noise at my 3rd floor 2bed/bath apartment. My porch has a rather nice view and I've been very pleased with my stay here so far. The staff has been wonderful and has been understanding and pleasant. My only problem is parking, there is visitor parking but it doesn't really seem to be an adequate size for the amount of residents here. I often have guests and its a constant annoyance when they have no where to park! But overall I would recommend these apartments, they're very beautiful inside and out.
