Looks can be deceiving
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 8/14/2003
Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Positives:
- Month to Month rent option
- For dog owners it allows dogs (also a negative)
- Nice pool/workout area
Negatives:
- Very poor & limited Cable/Phone service options (US Online or Qwest only)
- Poor construction of the apartments (at least in the one I rented)
- Allows dogs (smell, noise)
- Overpriced for what you get
- A little slow to respond in the customer service area
- One waste disposal area for the whole complex
- Loud & busy road that runs through the middle of the complex (Day Rd.)
Overall:
I think in its current condition the rent for these apartments is significantly overpriced and I wouldn?t refer anyone. However, with a little TLC this place could be really nice. Start by adding some new carpet in the apartments that need it and get out of the contract you have with US Online so your tenants can choose from a pool of more reliable, established companies that can provide a better service.
