Nice complex, but be careful about being ripped off.

Cascade Summit is a beautiful community, the apartments are nice and the views are beautiful. We were fortunate to find an apartment that allowed a large dog in such a good location. Although it is quite costly to pay a $400.00 non-refundable pet fee; but at least the additional $10.00 a month pet fee wasn't in place at the time we moved in, because that is just too much. Some words of advice when renting from this apartment community: 1)Always remain on a lease. If your lease expires and you want to go month to month for a bit, don't. They raise the price of your rent a certain percentage and it will most likely be at least a couple of hundred dollars more a month for the exact same place. 2) Park only in designated parking spots, if you park any where else the stalkers (aka tow truck company) will scoop your vehicle up right away, I have seen people argue to get their vehicles back, and the drivers will not back down. 3) If you do have a pet realize that the $400.00 non-refundable pet fee will go towards the pet stains and only the pet stains. We were stuck with a bill for carpet stains that they say were not caused by our pet, how is that possible to determine anyways' 4) If you are to sign a lease here do so at the end of the month, that is when the best deals are available.
