Management is shoddy at best....my rent jumped from $806 to $976 when it was time to renew my lease. What a joke! We had to move from one unit to another because the carpet was atrocious...the floors squeaked....no one lifted a finger to do anything about it....We had to "live with it" or pay ourselves to get it fixed!
We will not renew and this simply the biggest joke as far as apartments go in the area....$400 non refundable pet deposit WITH a $10 per month pet fee....get bent! Parking is a joke. Don't waste your time!
