Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Lived in apartment complex for over a year and then found a house to purchase. When I went to break lease, was told that corporate would contact me with fee for breaking lease. I was never contacted and then 2 months later received a letter saying I owed over $7000 for rent. What!'!'! Also have an issue with the fact that they advertise year round heated pool, and the pool is NEVER heated! Not even in the winter time. There was layer of ice over pool this winter!
