If you want to live in apartment where you can hear EVERYTHING in the aprtment above you then move in here!!! If you never want to find a place to park then move in here. If you want to overpay then move in here. The apartments down the street went condo so they think they can rip you off. Every other person here has a dog and from what I hear they overpay to have one. The office staff is poor at best. The grounds are fine.
