My fiancee and I moved out in June this year after staying for two years. I never had any noise issues with other residents and nobody ever complained about us. For those that talk about thin walls: just realize you live in an apartment and you will hear someone above you walking around anywhere you live. It's normal. I thought Cascade Summit was a very nicely kept, quiet, and safe community. The office staff were always willing to help; they let me use their fax machine quite often when I was getting ready to buy my house. I do agree with some of the other reviews that the rent hikes were a bit steep and the pet (non-refundable) deposit is more than other places, but most apartment communities will raise the rent once the lease is up and pets can often times leave a lot of damage. Be a responsible renter and read your lease before you sign, that way there are no surprises. Overall, it was a good experience. I would recommend Cascade Summit.
