I have never been so fed up with the management as I was with this place. A real con job. If your a sucker for phoney smiles and false promisses, run like hell the other direction. I was told I have a beautiful view. They didn't tell me it was of a Starbucks! I was told that there is plenty of parking. I wasn't told that I would have a slim chance of finding a space with-in the area of my building. I was told they have quick repairs if necessary. I wasn't told that a simple faucet had to be replaced and not repaired, and a replacement took 3 days to get. I was told that there was a/c available, what I wasn't told was that they furnish the window, if you have a unit to hang there. One thing they tell you at the last moment, if you aren't satisfied with your unit, you have an option to leave with-in 30 days (breaking your lease) or relocating to a different unit within the complex, what they don't tell you is that they will only tell you of select units available that they are willing to place you if you catch that drift. there is more but point made, but I've got to mention the horror stories I've heard from other's about ridiculous rent increases! I'd recommend Altamont Summit in Portland (Happy Valley), it's fantastic and just checking it out will convince you. Good Luck.

Do not believe them, I can prove that I was denied a unit by the management that was available, empty and compapable to a unit I was given. Upon calling the regional management headquarters, they quickly complied with my request to change to the "less noisey unit". Any problems with Simpson Housing Group will be best handled by their district rep. All of my initial rating was based on personel experiences or information provided from other tenents and employees of their community. The previous response proves the deceiving practices of the office. Curiously before leaving I informed the office of the bad reputation I seen on this site and they stated they never heard of this site. Now they are blogging it!
