Up until today, actually, I had not had any problems with the management of Cascade Summit. There was a problem with my rent check due to a hold my bank made on an out of state check I'd deposited. At no fault of my own, not only was I hit with a $75 return check fee, but was also hit with a $100 late fee. One apartment associate, gladly, waived the late fee. However, the main management person accused me of lying about the situation although I even offered to show her a letter my bank had drafted. She was quite rude and very unhelpful.
