My husband and I lived at Cascade Summit several years ago and we had a pretty good experience. Rent was higher than at other places, but all in all, you get what you pay for. Cheaper rent means a cheaper apartment and lower quality maintenance. It makes no sense to us how some people judge an apartment community by the staff. Do you live at the office or in your apartment' Sometimes staff members can seem rude (was not our experience though) but as anyone that has ever worked in a service related job can tell you, those girls in the office have to put up with some pretty messed up attitudes, insults, etc. from their clientel...all the while trying their best to put a pretty little smile on their faces and just suck it up. Parking sucks at most apartment communities. You will hear your neighbors sometimes. Life in an apartment comes with compromises. As far as upscale apartments go, we give Cascade Summit a thumbs up.
