My wife and I are in transision from Selling our home to building one and we are living here for 3-6 months. There is mold and moss... it seems to me... to be EVERYWHERE! The siding all over each building looks like its sprouting a garden. The roofing material is obviously NOT moss and mold resistant and the walkways are full of the stuff. I would suggest a simple product like 30 seconds. It needs to be sprayed everywhere! The insides of our windows also have black mold in them.

I'm sorry to hear that you have mildew in your apartment, please let management know who you are so we can take care of the issue you are having, we have had no reports of this so don't know what apartment to go to. We want to ensure your happiness while your house is being built and would like to take care of your problem. As for the buildings after ten years, yes there is some wear and tear but we are addressing it and repainting our community this year and we will be repaving and taking care of our parking lots and sidewalks. If there is ever an issue please let the management staff know, it is our job to help you with anything you need in your new home, we also have a suggestion box in the office you are always welcome to come by.
