I have lived here at Cascade Summit for a little over 3 years. During the time that I have lived here the office staff have been more then accommodating, transferring me to a larger apartment at the end of my lease for free, always being there when I need them, returning any calls the same day or the next (which I have NEVER received from any other apartment community I have ever lived in), when I have a maintenance request I contact the office, mainly Carley and the maintenance are fixing my problem usually that day or the next day, Tom is great!

I can confess that the exterior needs some work but it's good to know from reading the management s response to an unhappy resident that they're planning on painting this year! As far as the interior of my apartment I love it, it's not brand new but it has been well taken care of. The grounds are beautiful, like I said the exterior needs work but the trees and surroundings are beautiful.

This neighborhood is amazing, I have lived in Oregon now for over 40 years and by far West Linn is the best place to live if you are planning on living in the Portland or greater Portland area. The view of Mount Hood at the clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center is breathtaking and I go for walks with my dog to the end of the community and watch the sunset over the Willamette/Tualatin valley.

I highly recommend Cascade Summit, it's somewhat sad to see other people talk bad about this community when I am so happy here. I guess you just can't please everyone, poor girls in the office, however if you are reading this 22832 is very happy!
