Pros:
Nice location, some view apartments.
Nice weight room, pool (during summer).
Staff is friendly.
Nicer apartments, with larger units available.
Some have soaking tubs, garages... most have fireplaces.
Cons:
Expensive
If you go month to month after your lease expect to pay a lot more (200-300 a month more)... penalties for breaking lease are steep too... I think it's 2 months rent...
you may want to confirm that....
Utilities for one person were 50.00 a month (water, trash, west linn tax)
Trash area - not enough containers for glass recycling.
Dogs: Way too many dogs in these units... in the evenings quite often owners let them off their leash, problems at times with dog poo... to the point of being really annoying... if you complain no one cleans it up.
Parking:In the evenings parking was hard to find. Though some units have garages.
Recently painted a very dark color compared to brochure... (army green, burgandy)
