The apartment complex is small and you can hear everything through the walls. There was also a draft through every wall and utilities were outrageous for such a small place. The managers seemed to hate their job and reflected that upon their tenants. I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you were absolutely looking for just a cheap rent, but then utilities make up for that anyway. Do not live here!
