The previous reviews are mostly right. The parking SUCKS. There are always kids SCREAMING outside, and all the apartments face the commons area. I have kids, so you'd think I would be used to it, but its unbearable. The landlords are never here. I've seen them maybe three times in 4 weeks. There is an ant problem. As in, no matter what you do, they keep coming back.

The kitchens are ridiculous. There is so little cabinet space, we stack groceries on top of them, the washer & dryer, and the table. The windows are old and thin. The floor plan seems great, until you have company, at which point it becomes a traffic jam. And don't even get me started on the only bathroom being upstairs. It's a pain.

From most of the apartments, you have to hike up the back driveway to bring the garbage to the dumpster. Every Monday morning at 8, you are greeted with the loud landscaping company, blowing away leafs right below your bedroom window.

If you are looking for a short term rental to go to college, or you are single and don't have company often, you should think about this place. Its cheap. Just remember, you get what you pay for.
