This place is crap. I lived there a little over a year during the old manager and the beginning of the new. The old managers weren't too bad once you got to know them. They were rarely there and when they were they'd be having parties, then come to your apartment and complain about the small "dinner party" you would have. They would at least answer your calls and return them in a timely manner. The new managers however, never answered, never returned calls. There was one point people were having sex with their blinds open and I tried to call the managers to complain, and they got back to me a week later. YUCK. There are children in this apartment complex that can see everything because of the crappy layout of the grounds. The parking lot was horrible. Garbage cans always full and over flowing with furniture. Pool was never clean. I could go on and on. Hearing the people next to you sneeze, and have sex. GROSS.

This is one of the worst managed complexes I have seen. Very ghetto. Parking is horrible. Anything goes here!
