I lived there for 2 years and left when I bought a home in West Linn. My kids and I really liked it there. The management and the owner were great, NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS OR HEARD OF ANY. When I need anything fixed they were there that day or called to schedule for the repairs. I am a single mom with two daughters and we felt very safe and at home there. It sounds to me that the neg. remarks are from a very neg. person, that needed to move. I know the manager there would not tolerate any one of her tenants being mistreated. She always said she love the people in her complex. I think they are very fair people. As for the other neighbors there, they were always nice and ask how we were doing.
