Bottom line for people with a family or who enjoy a nice quiet community: DO NOT MOVE HERE! Summerlinn looks nice from the road, but that is all it has going for it. The parking is terrible unless you have one small car. There are no real rules within the apartment complex. If your neighbor wants to play loud bass all night, park his trash cans by your front door and park in your one assigned spot, that is fine with the management. This is a great place for people who want to treat their neighbors like garbage and get away with it. Pray nothing breaks, because you won't get it fixed. A lot of the time no one answers when you call or step in the office to talk to management. When I first moved in years ago the place was nice and quiet, but the rent is cheaper now, and all the scum are moving in. Cars are driving by with bass blasting at 1 am. There have been a big string of burglaries (12-16 total) in the area since December of 06. I am moving out of here ASAP. This complex is in need of new management badly and is a blemish to West Linn.
