Like any such forum, many people will use a site like this to vent frustrations, perhaps because they had being held accountable for their own failure to comply with the rules. My experience has been truly outstanding.
Sunshine & Tiffeni (in the front office) have always been very accessible, efficient and friendly, George and the other members of the Maintenance Team have been friendly, helpful and seem proud of their contribution to this community. The complex exterior has been completely updated and improved, the ClubHouse will impress you, and my apartment was imaculate (at least when I moved in).
Overall, this is a great place to live, but set reasonable expectations. I personally moved from a 3200 sq ft home, so needless-to-say, there are going to be some things that I will need to adjust to
In response to some of the other surveys.....
1) Yes the garage is small.... but at least you have one, and it is well finished and very clean.
2) Bugs..... never seen one, nor have I heard this from anyone else. Perhaps the person who wrote this might reassess their own habits.
3) Construction noise..... that is a legit fact, but I also understand that management had given some concessions during that period. Bottom line, the finished product looks great.
