More like a home than an apartment

You will not find the ammenities of Summerlinn in most apartments.
Built in washer/dryer, refrigerator, microwave, balcony, built in lights, fireplace, a spot for your TV, pool, spa, grill, putting area, sport court, play equipment, exercise room, computer and printer at the office and a closed garage.
These apartments fit the definition of apartment homes and the landscaping is very nice.
The office staff are very helpful.
Summerlinn is much safer than you would find in a typical apartment community, probably because about half the units are now condos.
Still keep in mind they are apartments and you are living in close quarters.
Apartments can be in a layer of 3, or townhome style.
Townhomes have no one above or below.
If you go for a regular apartment you might want to find out a little about who lives above or below you to find out if it will work.
The walls are thick but the floors carry all the noise and you will hear a small dog or child walking above you.
