Affordable Living From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I am a resident at Willamette Terrace and have been for about 4 years. Pros: safe neighborhood, great school district, reasonable rent, grounds are kept up, pool is clean, security mailboxes, w/d in unit (some not all), ample parking (one reserved), close to shopping, vinyl windows, lots more. Cons: kitchens/bathrooms are not updated (although I did have new appliances when I moved in), closet doors (ugh!) and there is a weird support beam that runs right through the middle of the apartment living/dining area 2 and 3 bedroom (could be worse). Management changed in June 2007 and no longer onsite. This caused some havoc in the pool area after hours, but I think that was taken care of (we shall see next summer). Management is quick to fix maintenance issues. Rent is reasonable, but you get what you pay for (no frills). If you are looking for an updated, new apartment this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a safe place to call home at a reasonable price, they are worth a look at. Home is what you make it.
