Since the new management took over I have seen more disrepair, trash, utilities falling apart and the overall appearance of the whole apartment complex does not reflect the price increase for the past two years.
I don't feel that management is accessible or reacts to complaints in a timely fashion. I truly feel that communication between tenants and management is lacking.
For the reasons stated above I will not be renewing my lease which I have held for the past 5 years.
The proximity of my children is the main reason that I have tolerated these conditions for this long.

I agree! The TRASH, TRASH, TRASH is flowing over the opening and they are not getting larger bins as they should to accomadate the trash. The priority seems to get new renters rather than repair the issues for current tenants, of course...management and maintaintance gets bonus for signing new tenants not for repairs. Management needs to manage, or get a replacement to manage since the availablity is lacking. You can't manage when you are never in the office, which is often.
