Cascade Summit 57% Recommended Mar 09 2008: I have lived here at Cascade Summit for a little over 3 years. During the time that I have lived here the office staff have been more then accommodating, transferring me to a larger apartment at the end of my Cascade Summit 57% Recommended Feb 15 2008: I have lived here for almost to years the place is ok but could use some work my first unit was a two bedroom was their for a year until time came to re up on the lease rent went Cascade Summit 57% Recommended Feb 15 2008: We have lived here for 5 years. The office staff is great. Have to agree that some of previous staff were not nearly as good. Present staff is excellent. Responsive and friendly. Maintenance staff is excellent. There is mold and moss... it seems to me... to be EVERYWHERE!
