It is quiet. Living in apartments previously, they were always noisy and dirty. This place is quiet at all times of the day and the parking lot is very clean. The management is awesome and friendly and good rental price doesnt hurt either. I wish I found this place sooner. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
