Been here over 4 years. Seen changes in management, staff, and (recently) ownership. The floors are noisy, the washers and dryers are rough on clothing, and the place attracts a LOT of large families. The maintenance crew is personable and responsive, and the grounds are kept well. Parking is difficult - you get one assigned spot, and it may not be near your apartment. People will park in it all the time. Don't expect quick response from the office on it - they assume by the time they come to "tag" the vehicle, the person will have left. It gets frustrating in 100degree weather with bags of groceries to carry home. Overall, it's not a bad place but I bet you can do better in Tualatin.
