Mold, Mold and more Mold!!!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Lived here for 7 months now. The rent increased $75 monthly after 6 months.
***When I moved here, we had to sign a contract stating that we would run the exhuast fans 24/7, so that mold would not grow in the apartment''' (this sould have been our first sign to move on). After 2 months the carpets became damp. We complained mutiple times only to get the same maintenance guy, who did nothing more that to give us a large box fan to run day/night. A month later mold began to grow on our table legs and any part of the furniture that touched the floor, again we complained, again only box fans. On top of this we began getting white corrosion in the water which we have complained about twice with no responce. Please be causious before spending your money here.
