Berkshire is better than most

I have lived here for 3 years and I notice a lot of changes. It gets better and better monthly. My lease expired and they were reasonable with price. They fixed the squeeks in the floor above me, cleaned my carpet, and they never act like they don't have time for me unlike other places I looked at. I went to other places around here to make sure that I am getting the best value and the other apartment's weren't worth moving to get a month free. Be sure not to pass up Berkshire Court. They are very fair.
