The managers were horrible. Parking was horrible. When thinks were broken (even when I moved in) it took FOREVER to be fixed and rarely was it even fixed. And I was very, very nice to these people - gave them respect and overall it was just a horrible experience. I would never tell anyone about this place , other than to stay away. The management company is heartless and only care about money. My fiance was sick and dying and we had to break the lease, we have 2 months notice and they still charged us out the ass. Would not accept a payment plan - nothing. I know they are a company but come on...we talked to corp. And got nothing but rudeness and treated like criminals because we couldnt pay 3,000 in move out fees (after our 1st and last months rent deposit being forfeit)

I came to look at this property with the thought of moving to Wilsonville. A simple drive through the parking lot will give you a complete story. What a DUMP!
