When I first moved in the sliding glass door didn't lock (which wasn't a priority to them, I was told to go buy a broom to block it from opening), the window didn't lock, the toilet leaked (they've been out three times and still haven't fixed it), two closet doors are broken, and the floor has a big slope in the bedroom! The neighbors are loud, the people above me I guess have never lived in an apartment before and thump constantly, and management trys to pass the place off as a quiet place to live. Oh, and they are suppose to close at 6pm but I've never seem them there past 5:30pm which is frustrating when you work and need to pick up a package or talk to them. I can't wait to move!
