Only a few months left in the lease and we move out of this hole

The floors make some noise, the walls are not as thick as could be, but it is better than some of the "luxury" apartments around here (Village @ Main, Wilsonville Summit). Still, it doesn't take much bass from my neighbor to rattle the unit

When we turn on the heater, cigarette smoke comes from the outside into our apartment (our neighbors smoke outdoors, not in). This is clearly unhealthy and worries me. I have a young daughter that is exposed to this and I am concerned for her health. Apparently there is no way to "block" it because the vent goes through the walls towards the outside. So much for efficient heating and warmth huh'

MOLD. The place is plagued by this stuff and it is another health hazard. The maintenance crew has been to my apartment and painted over the mold after bleeching, but even after following the preventative steps, the mold is back! My lungs have never been in such a poor condition, no thanks to this filth! First it's the sore throat, then the difficulty breathing, then comes full on fatigue. I am still shocked the state has no regulations regarding mold

If you like going for 1/2 mile walks every night, then you belong here because don't expect parking to be closer than 2500 feet from your apartment if you have more than 1 car. Lighting can be improved. Some areas such as near the leasing office have NO lighting next to the vehicles. It's completely dark.

The speed bumps could be improved(raised) a bit for these 16 year old Formula 1 drivers that love to race through the parking lot

There was an incident with the January rent being deposited twice by the bank, which the staff handled pretty well. The staff is nice, but this really has not benefit me much, unfortunately

The quality of apartments in Wilsonville is mediocre at best, and Berkshire Court seems to be one of the least desirable of them. If I could afford to break my lease early, I would!

For over $820 a month, this complex is clearly not worth it

Amazing... You clearly could not be happy anywhere. Could you complain a little harder? Hypochondria is curable if you really try. Mold makes people with mold allergies sick, not normal people, this is why the state won't give in to those seeking the easy money from lawsuits. Mold is everywhere and on everything. You are cultivating it in your apartment because you wont follow some simple steps. You are sick because you don't exercise and eat unhealthy food... look into it. If your credit is any good, try buying a house and quit your complaining, but if you must continue living in apartments then try Sundial apartments, they have a no smoking policy, but you will probably complain about that place also. Good luck!

I completely agree with you, this place is a D-U-M-P. Constant issues with everything! And management could care less. (If you haven't noticed, its obvious they've been responding to any negative reviews for this place - just like the one above. Keep on going managment, you sound like a bunch of cowards that hate their job and don't care about making people happy). I hope you're getting out of here! Im jealous :)

The managers & office help smoke out at the pool, I have seen them. they don't care, don't live there! It is a nasty disgusting dump. I have never had so many issues breathing as I have living here. It is not that any of us don't exercise or eat unhealthy, who is the creep that wrote that?? It is truely Slums! Run by slum lords. Mold is nasty, painting over it doesn't fix the issue, just puts a bandaid on it.
