Especially noisy, barking dogs.

Management and Office Staff will do little but to warn the owners.
Evictions are rare with noisy dogs simple because the Management and Office Staff are not able to witness the noise themselves.

Also, there is no size restriction for dogs. I had a neighbor move in with two full grown Saint Bernard's one time. Nice.

If you want quiet, hope that you don't encounter neighbors with dog(s).
