We lived in Berkshire court for about a year, enough time for us to gather up enough money to move again. The mold is deplorable, ruins your belongings, upper floors flood the lower units and they don't fix anything. They slap a new coat of paint over the mold and re-rent. Parking is terrible, the dog crap and smokers are everywhere, noisy. You open your windows and doors and all you smell is dog crap and smoke. But you have to open them for the mold....it is just nasty. My best advise is to run run far away from this "luxury apartment" that is far from luxury. They are gloomy the carpet is cheap. I could go on and on.
