The location is good, nice neighborhood. There are issues with being able to hear neighbors, but nothing more than any other apartment I've been in. The maintenance people respond quickly, and they bring in pest control quickly when we thought we had a bug issue. Good price for the size of the place, and well kept. Assigned parking is great, no extra fee for a carport.
