GROSS GROSS MOLD!

This is a NON desirable community. The Management has done NOTHING about the mold!! Nor have the maintenance crew kept up on routine tasks. The managers are even RUDE about it!! It is just plain disgusting PLEASE PLEASE do not move here until they fix the MOLD problem!!

I live in Berkshire Court and I like it. Even though there is SOME mold, it's not bad for what I've lived in. Besides, you can fix the mold problem yourself by cleaning it daily with bleach and you'll be fine. And I like the maintenance crew, they're nice and cooperative, so I don't know what the **** you're talkin about.
