I laugh when I read the other reviews. It was not that God awful when I lived there, heck it was one of the few places that would take my golden/lab mix. I didn't have a problem with mold but then again i used my fans and cleaned... Weird how that prevented mold, huh' Boulder Creek was a GOD SENT compared to the trash, gang infested, drug dealing, drive by place I lived at on Columbia. I never had any of the issues. Here's a bit advice for everyone... When you move into an apartment and they give you that paper thing to write down whats wrong, take time to do it' This will prevent any further bent over-ness that may occur... This saved me a ton of money at the slums off of Columbia. I give boulder an A. Nice area, good neighbors, and I never had a problem but I paid rent on time...
