If the staff in this building were to be replaced by childeren, things would be move more productively. When I moved in, there was a guy in my parking spot. I reported it, but nothing hapened, they didn't even talk to the guy, they knew who he was via lisence plate (he lives there, so they had it on file) After a month, I decided to confront the guy, and he blew me off and never moved. Finaly the staff 72 houred his car, but after the 72 hours never followed through with towing it! to this day he is in my spot, and i have lived here 3 months.
I wish I knew which spot was his, so I could at least park in it.
