This place is the worst by far - the management is a bunch of morons who refuse to listen. I requested a garage and it seems like they went out of their way to find the one furthest from me that they possibly could. When I complained, they told me I could have one "much closer" but it was only 20 feet from the other garage! What's the point!'! Now they have signs on all the garages that are available and there is one right across from my apartment! If I paid less for this dump, I wouldn't be complaining, but I pay a crapload. I've lived here for three and a half years now and when the management was Equity, they had some problems but overall they were responsive and it was a good place to be. Now, with Pinnacle, I cringe when I have to interact with the management. I wait until they're closed to pay my rent. What a hassle!
