This place is a slum. They've allowed people to move in who prostitute and sell drugs, your car gets broken into almost every night - just leave it unlocked so they'll realize there's nothing to take and move on. They tell you they have smoking and non-smoking buildings and after you've lived there several months as a non-smoker in a "non-smoking building" you discover that they've turned your building into a smoking building. Tough luck for you. They've been through about 6 managers in as many months, and the staff is different on any given day you go in there. They give you a rental concession for re-signing a lease and then tell you several months later that you have to repay it! It's the worst. If there's any way to avoid moving in to this slum, find another place!
