I have been living at Bridge Creek for almost 9 months with a broken washer and dryer. Each month when I pay my rent, they tell me that I have a replacement coming. Yet, here I am still hanging my wet clothes from the ceiling fan hoping they will dry. The management here is either fully incompetent or simply does't care.

my washer just broke, is this what i have to look forward to? Will my washer be "waiting for a part" for the next nine months just like the hot tub?
