Dog Crap Landscape

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004
 
We lived there for 6 years. This place is over run with prostitution, drugs and gangsters. Not fit for children. The noise level is something you have to hear to believe. They charged us for normal ware and tear items when we moved. Dog crap on the grounds everywhere. Dog crap pick up never enforced.
