UPDATE --- Bottom line -- the place IS cheap but that attracts many questionable charecters. The managment is pretty lazy unless your very clear and assertive. The apartments I have seen (4-5 different ones now) ALL have problems; including but not limited to; leaks, ants, fleas, nasty carpet..etc Please - Do not sign a lease for anything longer than 6 months (or less), just my humble advice. You should be able to get a good feel for the place in -6 months.

I find many of the comments listed here are warrented, some others just plain unintelligent. Many problems listed here are going to be common in apartments regardless but you need to keep managment abreast of any activity that shouldn't be happening as well as the police. Personally, I have not seen any blatant drug,sex or other crimes but I usually stick to myself as long as others do so.

Managment/staff has been in constant flux since I moved here but they are still helpful, friendly enough, and try to help you out, if your assertive with them. My apartment was not as clean as it should have been upon move in. Parking is fairly close, garages are avalible and fairly good. When I moved in, there was dog poo ALL over right next to my apartment but after a couple complaints, it has been dog poo free. Have spotted one or two cockroaches in my apartment which I keep very clean.

Paid $525 for first lease agreement then it went up to $545 with new lease for my one bedroom recently. Garage for $50 per month.

The grounds are kept nice, the creek is nearby, they have two pools, a hot tub which is never hot, nice gym w/ shower, lots of trees. Very dog friendly even with HUGE dogs($400 deposit,$250ref/$250fee), I swear I saw my neighbor walking his pet horse the other day. Overall, I would recommend this place but if you can find a smaller community/like priced apartment in Wilsonville, you wanna do your research!
