Been living here several years. Must say the new managment has improved things dramatically. Parking is better, they have parking stickers. Maintanance will get to things very quickly if you a problem. Don't get a 1 bedroom unless your single (living by yourself). Close to schools, movie theatre, resteraunts, grocery stores, parks, etc. Many of the office and maintanance people live in the apartments, so they are aware of most problems. If there are any noise issues after hours they will handle it with a simple phone call. Pets are welcome.
