We were really excited about living here, the leasing agent was cutting us a really good deal. He was able to get rid of most of the fees and deposits for moving in, and was even able to go with a lower monthly rate. Unfortunately a week before we were scheduled to move in we find out the rates he promised were impossible and that we couldn't rent there. It was more than a little stressful.
