NEVER MOVE IN TO THIS PLACE.

THIS PLACE IS NOT OKAY. ALWAYS NASTY BUGS IN THE WALKWAYS, THEY NEVER SPRAY. HORRIBLE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS (PLUGS FALL OUT) FIRE HAzARD. I MOVED IN IN JANUARY, THE NEXT DAY MY APT BURNED DOWN. SO THEY RE LOCATED ME. MY CARPET WAS NEVER TACKED DOWN IN ALL THE CORNERS, THE LIGHT IN MY "LAUNDRY ROOM" LEAKS WATER WHEN IT RAINS. I CALL MAITENENCE EVERYTIME AND THEY TELL ME IT DOESNT LEAK.AFTER THEY RELOCATED ME, THEY NEVER GAVE ME A PARKING STICKER AND MY CAR GOT TOWED.I HAVE HAD SO MANY "NOTICES" FOR STUFF I DID NOT DO.I GET NOTICES FOR CIGARETTE BUTS, AND THE NEXT DAY MY ASHTRAY GETS STOLEN . THEY LIE NON STOP. IF THEY DONT LIKE YOU, YOU WILL RECIEVE A NOTICE A WEEK. THIS PLACE IS SO BAD I WISH I NEVER WOULD HAVE FOUND IT. AND IT IS NOT CHEAP EITHER. I HAVE FRIENDS THAT LIVE IN A 1 BEDROOM DOWN THE ROAD, THEIR PLACE IS CHEAPER AND CLEANER.DONT LIVE HERE

I live in Boulder Creek (who is owned by the same property management co.) and it is equally as dumpy. We have the same issues with out electric outlets, and when I call for maintanence on anything they also tell me there is nothing wrong when the place is clearly falling apart at the seams. The (aluminum framed) windows let in so much moisture the mold litterally looks like a science project in each bedroom! Yuk! The 2 "Creek" properties are a big NO!

I currently live at Bridge Creek, and I have experienced the same issues with getting complaints. My husband and I have been treated with so much disrespect. We have gotten noise complaints on a weekly basis and the dates and times on them are at times when we are at work! I have disputed them, and told them we are not the ones with the loud music, and they say "too bad". Our lease is up next month, and they gave us a bad rental reference from all of those complaints that we had, which we disputed. So now we are paying over $2200 to move into our new place. I also have had the same problems with the plugs and closet doors. They are all broken. And that "decorative" piece of wood above the closet? It fell on my head one day when I was sitting on the floor wrapping presents. I wasn't touching it, there was no earthquake, it just fell and left a huge welt on my forehead, and left me half unconscious for a few moments. Also, the people below us are terrible. They smoke pot all day, so our apt constantly stinks like pot, and we talked to them about it several times. When nothing changed, we finally contacted the office, and they told the people we complained, so the guy downstairs came to me screaming and swinging at me. I have felt unsafe living here for the past 6 months. I cannot wait to get out of here. I am not the type to complain, but my experience here has been terrible. The spiders and bugs in the walkways are really bad too. They also have yard maintenance guys out with loud machines early in the morning. And some people do not leash their dogs. The first dog I had here got killed by another tenants dog who was not leashed. The dog ran up and attacked my dog, killing her right in front of me, and just 2 days ago, another tenants dog attacked my new dog, once again, not on a leash. Do these people have no common sense? The apartments are right by a busy road....
All in all, I would not recommend these apartments.
