After reading several reviews I have to put in my two cents worth. We have lived here for 6 months and have not had any major complaints. Yes, the outlets suck! But for $20 you can get replacement units at the local hardware store and replace them. (We did!) The size of the apartment is accommodating considering you would have to pay double the rent elsewhere in Wilsonville for a few more square feet. As for the windows, we had the same problem, it is typical in a wood house that things settle and need to be re-done. File a work order with the apt. manager. We have done this and YES it does get done. I have NEVER had a work order that wasn't handled in a timely manner. I keep hearing complaints about little things that could easily be remedied by the tenants themselves (i.e. the outlets, the closet doors, etc.) But they think because they pay rent (let's face it, the rent here is downright cheap compared to other places in Wilsonville.) everything should be done for them. Parking sucks if you have more than one car and no garage! But it is an apartment!! Hey people if you want a top of the line luxury apartment go pay the luxury price!

It is not the BEST but it is decent. We have NEVER had problems with noise or police. Our neighbors are considerate, and the management takes care of things.
