We feel very much at home here. The rents are good for the amount of square footage we have (1126 for a three bedroom) There are no mold issues here as are at other complexes we looked into before choosing Bridge Creek. The staff are all friendly and whenever we have a work order it is taken care of in a timely manner. We actually looked at several aprtment communities in the area before making our choice. The location, the trees and the mamnagement are all part of the reason we chose to live her. It feels like home!!!! Also, since the new owners bought the property, they are putting in a lot of work at the complex!!

This is obviously a shill review by the management. Who other than management would use the term "Apartment Communities?" Of course it feels like home, it is where you live, another marketing term that happens to match thier Craigslist ad. Hmm. I wonder.
You want the truth?
Nothing gets fixed, ever.
You pay over 100.00 per month on top of your rent for water and garbage. (Still wondering what the kick back they get from the billing company is, because you don't pay the bill to the city it is a California company.)
If they can charge you for it, they will.
The apliances are somehow older than the complex.
Prepare to run your clothes dryer at least twice per load.
All doors and windows are not sealed properly
Find somewhere else to live.
