I've lived here for over a year now and feel good about it. Yes, there are lots of children and doggie messes in the yards. But the management is good about answering questions. They have lots of tenant related activities, but no one is hounding you attend. It is very easy to have quite time, lots of room for BBQ's, just the parking SUCKS!!!
